We’re Officially Open in Normandy Shopping Center

After months of buildout (and a few impatient “when are you opening?” comments — we felt that), Cube Coffee is open at 8492 Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City.

It finally happened. After months of buildout — and yes, a little later than the January date we first hoped for — Cube Coffee is officially open in the Normandy Shopping Center at 8492 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 106.

If you haven’t found us yet: we’re a community coffee house — a third space between home and work. That means espresso drinks made with ethically sourced beans, ceremonial-grade matcha, housemade syrups (cardamom, vanilla, chocolate, date), and a pastry case that rotates through pistachio baklava, pogaca, and milk cakes you won’t find on every corner.

A space built for staying

The seats aren’t decoration — they’re the point. Come to study, take a meeting, catch up with a friend, or just sit with a good drink. We’re open every day, with extended evening hours on Friday and Saturday; full hours are on our Visit page.

What to order first

The Cardamom Spanish Latte is the signature. The Iced Vanilla Cloud Matcha is the one people photograph. The potato pogaca and honey cake are the sleeper hits our first reviewers keep mentioning. You honestly can’t go wrong — we’re at 4.9 stars on Google from our first hundred-plus reviews, and we intend to keep it that way.
