Complimentary before start time
Outside food is allowed with an extra $75/hr fee. If you bring food in, you must also supply your own plates and utensils.
Outside drinks and desserts are strictly prohibited. All drinks, cakes, and sweets must be purchased through Cube Coffee.
You get 20 minutes of complimentary setup before your start time. Overruns of 15 minutes or more are billed as an extra hour of rental.
No tape, nails, or glue on walls or screens. No glitter, confetti, or sparklers. Keep décor free-standing or tabletop so the space stays intact for the next guests.
Cancelling with under 5 days’ notice forfeits the $50 deposit plus 50% of the total rental fee.
Leave the space as you found it. A $100 fee applies if extra cleaning is needed. Accidental damages are billed at the conclusion of the event.
