Cube Coffee opened in Ellicott City to be a third space — the spot between home and work where you can actually settle in. A place to study, catch up, take a meeting, or do nothing at all, with a Cardamom Spanish Latte, a Madani with date syrup, or a Vanilla Cloud Matcha in hand — drinks that taste like home for some of us and a small adventure for everyone else.
Everything we can make ourselves, we do — chocolate syrups, cardamom and vanilla bases, the matcha cream tops on our signature drinks. Our pastry case rotates between baklava and pogaca, milk cakes, and seasonal cookies, and our pantry is curated from small brands we actually buy for our own homes. Mostly, though, we built a room worth staying in — and we kept the seats comfortable on purpose.
Housemade syrups
Chocolate, cardamom, vanilla, strawberry, date — made in-house, the way our grandparents did.
Ceremonial matcha
Stone-ground from Uji, sweetened only with our own vanilla syrup. No powder mixes.
Fresh bakery
Pistachio and chocolate baklava, sucuk pogaca, ras malai milk cake — pastries you can’t find on every corner.
